This drawing is part of an animation project I'm working on. I plan on posting shots of the progression of the animation as I go.

For this pencil study I began by toning the paper with graphite, then pulling out light areas with a kneaded eraser. Finally, I enhanced the very dark areas with 4B and 6B pencils, and reclaimed the brightest whites with a white ink pen.
